Adapter Design and Connectivity

1. External Connectors:

   • On the outside of the adapter, there are male SATA and power connectors. These are mounted to align with the standard 3.5-inch drive bay interface in your desktop.
   • This means you can directly attach the SATA data cable and the power cable from your desktop to the external connectors on the adapter, just like you would with a standard 3.5-inch hard drive.

2. Internal Connectors:

   • Inside the adapter, there is a female SATA connector that connects to the 2.5-inch SATA hard drive or SSD. Once the drive is inserted into the adapter, it makes a secure connection internally.

Steps to Connect the Adapter:

1. Insert your 2.5-inch SATA hard drive or SSD into the adapter's internal bay. It should connect securely to the female SATA interface inside the adapter.
