This desolder tool is made of lightweight metal and has the strongest suction we've ever seen in this type of tool. Constant vacuum force maintained throughout and automatically cleans itself with each action.

This all-metal housing desoldering pump operates via a spring-powered piston to suck the molten solder into the built-in reservoir.

The included Nozzel or Tip is made of white PTFE. PTFE is a non-stick material, so it helps to prevent the solder from sticking to the tip. The commonly known brand name of PTFE-based products is Teflon.

How to use a manually-operated plunger type desoldering pump:

1. Prepare the desoldering pump. Press down on the plunger until it locks in place. This will create a vacuum in the pump.
2. Heat the solder joint. Use a soldering iron to heat the solder joint until the solder melts.
3. Position the desoldering pump. Place the tip of the desoldering pump close to the melted solder joint.
4. Activate the vacuum. Release the plunger on the desoldering pump. This will create a vacuum that will suck the molten solder into the pump.
5. Eject the solder. Once the solder has been sucked into the pump, press down on the plunger again to eject the solder.
